P. BAGEL “as it is currently referred to” serves fresh-baked bagels baked the old-fashion way. Dough is made fresh daily on the premises and the bagels are boiled, placed on redwood boards and baked on stone using only the finest of ingredients. P. BAGEL also prides itself on serving the highest quality spreads, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads and soups. Chicken, tuna, egg, potato, macaroni salad and coleslaw continue to be made fresh from scratch every day – the same as they were in 1994. Our menu started small with just bagels and spreads and a few deli sandwiches and has expanded to a wide variety of fresh-made deli options.
We strive to not only make the best bagels and food, but we work hard to make our customers experience the best –whether it’s their first visit or part of their daily routine.
Celebrating 30 Years!
Pennington Bagel is a small family-owned and operated bagel shop located in Hopewell Township, NJ. It has been owned and operated by the Blauth Family since 1994 and the family continues to operate the store today.
P. BAGEL has been supporting the community since 1994 by employing hundreds of local youth and by giving our support to local organizations and sports teams and continues to remain a pillar in the community.
The Blauth Family lives in the community and appreciates every loyal customer and family as they have grown with us the past 30 years. We look forward to continuing to support the community and to creating more memorable experiences that can be passed on from one generation to the next and from our family to yours.
